Taixiang Electronic Technology (Maanshan) Co., Ltd. was established in November 2013 and is located in Dangtu County, Ma'anshan, Anhui Province to undertake industrial transfer demonstration park. The transportation is convenient, the company is 1 hour drive from Nanjing, and 3 hours drive from Shanghai and Suzhou. The total area is 120 mu, and the total construction investment is 300 million yuan.
There are two major manufacturing bases, including R&D building, industrial incubation center, conference training center, product display center, talent apartment, supporting commercial catering, etc., which can provide one-stop production services. The factory has professional workshops for stamping CNC, SMT, injection molding, die casting, assembly, etc., with a one-stop production and processing mode, to quickly meet customer customization needs.

Heat Sink Production Equipment
1. CNC
TACU currently has 40 CNC . Our CNC are stable and reliable, both in terms of the machine itself and the quality of the processed products. Some features are listed below:
(1) High machining accuracy, the machining accuracy of CNC can generally reach 0.05-0.1mm, and the positioning accuracy is relatively high.
(2) The processing quality is stable and reliable.
(3) High productivity, CNC can effectively reduce the processing time and auxiliary time of parts, and the spindle sound speed and feed range of CNC are large, allowing the machine tool to perform powerful cutting with a large amount of cutting.
(4) Improve working conditions, CNC can automatically and continuously process until the end of processing. What the operator has to do is only program input, editing, parts loading and unloading, tool preparation, processing state observation, parts inspection, etc. The labor intensity is greatly reduced, and the labor of machine tool operators tends to be intellectual work.
(5) Using the modernization of production management, the processing time can be accurately estimated in advance, the tools and fixtures used can be standardized, modernized management, and the standardization of processing information is easy to achieve. Combined, it is the foundation of modern integrated manufacturing technology.

2. Automatic trencher
Fully automatic grooving machine: mainly used for high-speed and high-efficiency grooving, grooving and cutting of heat sinks. Fully automatic feeding and clamping compound device, coupled with high-precision grating scale, make the repeatability between 0.005-0.015MM. The fully enclosed automatic processing method is safe, fast and environmentally friendly. The slotting machine is suitable for aluminum heat sink blanking, single-slot cutting, multi-slot forming processing, and also suitable for blanking processing of various materials.

3. Automatic laser engraving machine
The automatic laser engraving machine realizes the automation of laser engraving by controlling the automatic feeding transmission mechanism of the numerical control system, saving human resources and improving work efficiency.

Anode Workshop
Ma'anshan base currently has an automatic anode line and an automatic coating line, with 5 oxidation tanks and 4 dyeing tanks, which can be operated at the same time to meet the various needs of customers. The fully automatic wastewater treatment system can process 150 tons of wastewater per day. The potion meets EU environmental protection and quality requirements.
Die casting Equipment
Ma'anshan base currently has 7 die-casting machines (for aluminum alloy die-casting). The selection of die-casting machines has a very important impact on product quality, production efficiency, and management costs in the die-casting production process of heat sinks. For this reason, it is a very technical and economical work to choose a suitable die-casting machine reasonably.

1. Vacuum kneader
The vacuum kneading machine adopts electric heating, steam, oil heating, water cooling and other methods for temperature regulation, and adopts hydraulic cylinder turning and cover opening. The discharge methods include hydraulic pressure, cylinder dumping, ball valve discharge, screw extrusion, etc. The cylinder body and the contact part between the blade and the material are all made of SUS304 stainless steel to ensure product quality.
