Production Equipment

1. Vacuum kneader

The vacuum kneading machine adopts electric heating, steam, oil heating, water cooling and other methods for temperature regulation, and adopts hydraulic cylinder turning and cover opening. The discharge methods include hydraulic pressure, cylinder dumping, ball valve discharge, screw extrusion, etc. The cylinder body and the contact part between the blade and the material are all made of SUS304 stainless steel to ensure product quality.

4. Vacuum thermoforming machine

The vacuum hot pressing machine heats the workpiece to the required temperature in a vacuum state, and then moves the upper and lower indenters to compress and deform the workpiece, so that the workpiece material can meet the process requirements such as impurity removal and purification, and high density.
